Body awareness
Explore balance, movement and how to work with a partner.
FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
A place to learn, move and belong. Our kids’ program introduces Jiu-Jitsu through focused practice and a shared respect for training partners.
Kids · ages 6–12

THE DISCIPLINE
Explore balance, movement and how to work with a partner.
Build familiarity with positions, escapes and control on the ground.
Learn to listen, take turns and keep working at a new skill.
THE KIDS’ BELT SYSTEM
Ten steps, from white to green.
Highest kids’ rank
Each belt builds on the one before it. Coaches guide students through the skills for their next rank and decide when they are ready to advance. A stripe shown here is part of the belt’s rank; there is no automatic promotion timetable.
Kids’ promotion days celebrate each new rank. Coaches share upcoming dates and student milestones in the gym updates on our homepage.
